The chancellor unveiled good news for pub-goers in his 2021 Budget as he cut tax on draught beer and cider and brought in a new business rates relief for pubs and other business premises. Rishi Sunak’s plans to introduce “draught relief” which will apply a new lower rate of duty on draught beer and cider will particularly benefit community pubs which do 75 per cent of their trade on draught....
