Ashford MP Damian Green has officially opened a shop and cafe created during the second lockdown in a rural Kent pub.
The Shepherd Neame-owned pub transformed a disused outbuilding thanks to a grant and advice from Pub is The Hub.
Licensee Lance Culver (pictured) took over the King’s Head, in the village of Shadoxhurst, last September, but managed just seven weeks trading before being forced to close due to November’s second lockdown....
