Cask Marque’s annual promotion of real ale is back from 21 September to 1 October with continued CAMRA support.
During the 11 days, venues up and down the UK will encourage drinkers to discover and enjoy cask ale.
Activities will include beer festivals, tap-takeovers, tutored tastings, brewery tours, pub quizzes and promotional offers on cask ale.
Cask Marque director Paul Nunny said: “Cask Ale Week is such an important event for both cask beer and pubs. We want to celebrate the pub as central to the community and cask ale as the national drink.
“Cask Ale Week not only introduces new drinkers to the fantastic tradition of cask beer, but encourages them to visit and support pubs in their locality.”
“During last year’s event more than 150 breweries and pub groups got involved, either running activities and offers or sharing information on their social media.”
Events and venues can be found on an interactive map on the Cask Ale Week website, on the Cask Finder app and via social media.
