Campaign attacks brewery sale

CAMRA has condemned Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company’s (CMBC) decision to sell the former Charles Wells Eagle brewery in Bedford to Spanish brewer S A Damm, which already packages its Estrella beer on the site. The Campaign believes the move highlights the dominant role international brewers play in the UK’s beer market.
