Natural Selection back with Buck Wild

Natural Selection Brewing, the scheme which provides Heriot-Watt brewing students with the chance to create, brew and market their own beer, is back after a Covid-19 enforced absence. Established in 2011 by Heriot-Watt University and Edinburgh craft brewery Stewart Brewing, Natural Selection  provides a unique opportunity to students on the MSc Brewing & Distilling course at Heriot-Watt. Each year, four students are tasked with designing, brewing, and releasing their own beer, with responsibility for all areas of the process from recipe development, to co-ordinating a sales strategy, marketing, and managing relationships with stakeholders....
