Ciderologist video celebrates Cider Month

CAMRA is celebrating Cider Month during October with a bespoke video in collaboration with The Ciderologist Gabe Cook (pictured), which explains how the drink and perry are perfect matches for cheese. Expelling the view that wine is the beverage of choice for food pairing, Gabe Cook is joined by cheesemonger Dominic Pulsford, of the Two Belly cheese and bottle shop in Bristol, to learn how to match the pair.
