Brewer aims for the top with cool cask beer

At the Marsh Harrier pub in Southport licensee Bob Robert is pleased with his decision to stock a new cask ale. Robert is stocking Theakston’s Summit, at 4.2 per cent ABV,  was originally launched in 2021, is intended to be served extra chilled through a dedicated hand pump and it proved to be a hit during the hot summer.
