“We’re very good at pale, hop-forward beers, but we decided it’s time for the malt to shine here at Oakham,” says Oakham Ales process brewer Ollie Jones.
The Peterborough brewer’s latest beer Session Stout weighs in at 4 per cent. Jones said the beer blends layers of flavour combining floral and berry aromas with deep dark chocolate notes underpinned by roasted coffee....
