MSP scoops top CAMRA award

Labour MSP for West Scotland Neil Bibby has been presented with CAMRA’s prestigious Parliamentary Achievement Award. The award is presented to the parliamentarian who has played the biggest part in campaigning to protect and promote pubs, breweries and beer drinkers.
