International investment giant Fortress has agreed a deal to buy Punch Pubs & Co and its estate of 1,300 sites.
The purchase of the business is led by Clive Chesser from Patron Capital Partners.
No figure was disclosed, but reports of the deal last month said talks were underway for a price believed to be in the region of £1bn....
