Harbour relaunches village inn
An award-winning pub in north Cornwall has reopened after being bought by Harbour Brewing in Bodmin. The brewery took over the pub in the summer opening the bar for cask ale and other drinks while it recruited the right team to run the pub. In charge of the kitchen is head chef Siaka Touray (pictured). He joins the pub with an impressive background working at Harvey Nichols’ Fifth Floor Cafe for 10 years. He’s also worked for Rick Stein and has been head chef of Pilchards at Port Gaverne for the last three years....
