To celebrate its third birthday Grimsby’s Docks Beers has upped its brewing capability by 40 per cent.
The 14,400-litre set-up has seen a new 60-hectolitre fermentation tank installed. It takes the brewery’s overall capacity to more than 20,000 litres giving an additional 10,500 pints each time the tank is filled....
