It is time Government ministers acted to improve the effectiveness of Pubs Code Adjudicator, says CAMRA.
The Adjudicator Paul Newby has been in place for more than 12 months. The Pubs Code was introduced to end unfair practices in the sector, and progress so far had been disappointing said CAMRA, while requests for key information had been rejected by the Pubs Code Adjudicator.
